Lisa, Leo’s sister, has been a part of Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers for almost 40 years. She was one of the founding members when our company was just starting out. Lisa is a fountain of knowledge about everything to do with new and vintage fine jewelry and Swiss watches. Her personal shopping skills are second to none, and she really enjoys finding the perfect piece that will make her clients smile. When she’s not at work, Lisa loves taking road trips and spending time with her daughters, Taylor and Callen, and her grandchildren Noah, Little Ricky, and Elaina.

Teri has been on staff with Leo Hamel’s for 27 years and has worked in the jewelry industry for 47 years, holding a Bachelor of Arts Degree from San Diego State University. Teri has been #1 in the world for Hearts On Fire® Global Retail Sales six years in a row. Two years ago she was give the highest award Hearts on Fire ever awarded, the ALL STAR AWARD out of 32 countries and over 5000 salespeople only 2 other sales professionals have ever achieved this award. She has also been a Hearts On Fire® Sales Champion for the last 11 consecutive years. She has completed the diamond course from the Diamond Council of America, and is currently a member of the Delta Theta Chi Philanthropic Sorority. Teri and her husband, Steve, are avid wine enthusiasts, who enjoy taking trips to wine countries and adding to their collection. They also enjoy supporting their daughter, Ari, in her Musical Theater career.

Bianca has worked for Leo Hamel’s since high school; and has been a sales professional for the last 12 years. She has been fortunate enough to work in many different departments within the company which has allowed her a well-rounded and extensive knowledge of both watches and jewelry. She loves creating personal relationships with her customers and helping them find the perfect piece of jewelry that they will cherish forever. When not at the store, she loves spending time with her husband Derek, her twin boys Ryder and Jager and her 3 doggies.

Logan is a San Diego native and studied business management at San Diego State University. She has been a salesperson with Leo Hamel’s for 9 years. Her passion is fine jewelry and watches, and she especially loves seeing the unique antique pieces that come in every day. Grateful for the amazing group of customers and friends she has made along the way, Logan makes sure to help her customers find just the right gift for those important celebrations in life. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband AJ, playing bingo, and attending charity events.

Taylor has been part of the Leo Hamel team since birth! She assists her mom Lisa Hamel with sales and always has a huge smile on her face! She is willing to help in any way she can and especially loves to make customers feel at home! In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband Riley, son Noah, and energetic dog Mila.

Danica is one of our incredibly skilled and knowledgeable sales assistants, and is one of the many smiling faces you will encounter in our showroom. Her career in jewelry started just a little over a decade ago, and from the very beginning she was head over heels with this industry! Danica has found the perfect way to combine her adoration of unique jewelry and helping others in being a part of our sales team, and brings an unwavering passion to every interaction she has in our store, and out of it. In her spare time she loves spending time with her husband, and her family and friends mean everything to her. Never hesitate to bring any questions you may have to her, as she will be more than willing to help you at every step of your jewelry shopping experience.

Chelsea is our 5-Star receptionist, and one of the first people you will meet when entering our store. With 9+ years of customer service, and an extensive background as a hotel manager, she is one of the nicest, and most helpful, individuals you will ever meet. As the first face when you enter the store, she never fails to bring a smile and a “How can I help you?” attitude. If you’ve ever called the store, there’s a strong chance you’ve had the absolute pleasure of talking to Chelsea first hand. As a San Diego native, she knows the area like the back of her hand, and is familiar with all kinds of events, from local street fairs, to farmers markets, Comic-Con and more!

Kayla Harrington is a GIA trained Gemologist and has been an estate buyer for Leo Hamel since 2015. She enjoys being an estate buyer because she gets to see such a wide variety of interesting pieces of jewelry from all different eras. Kayla is an animal lover and currently volunteers for a French Bulldog rescue organization.

Erica is one of the many faces of our company, greeting everyone who comes into wholesale with a smile and a fantastic attitude. She has been with Leo Hamel for 8 years, and has been in the jewelry buying business for 12. As the co-manager of the wholesale department, she has her work cut out for her, but with 4 kids that keep her on her toes, she is more than prepared for every twist and turn! When she's not at work or being a wonderful mom, she is walking on the beach with her two dogs or enjoying her many crafts. She is dedicated to helping her team learn and grow so that Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers can remain the top jewelry buying experts in the industry.

JP Spragg is a senior Estate Buyer at Leo Hamel Jewelry Buyers, with over nine years experience in the position. He has gained extensive knowledge of jewelry while evaluating innumerable estates over the years, and enjoys employing his knowledge to benefit his customers. He has a special passion for watches and vintage period jewelry. JP is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he received a Bachelor of Science in business. He enjoys the sandy beaches of San Diego, exploring new restaurants around town, travelling, and live music.

Analiza has been with Leo Hamel Fine Jewelers for almost a decade. She is a GIA Accredited Jewelry Professional and has 20 years of experience in the jewelry industry. Her helpful demeanor and bright smile make her a favorite with customers, as her many glowing Yelp reviews will attest. Analiza was born and raised in San Diego. She has been married to her high school sweetheart James for 30 years. Their family includes 3 grown children and a Pom-Chorkie dog named Darla. Analiza loves vintage jewelry, the beach, and spending time with her family.

Jennifer grew up learning about antiques, collectibles, mining, and prospecting from her father. While a teenager, she was in the Junior Division at The San Diego Mineral and Gem Society where she took cabochon lapidary and silver fabrication classes. She also later completed The San Diego Mineral and Gem Society’s gemology course. She began buying and selling antique jewelry at the age of 15, and spent over 20 years working in the antiques and collectibles field. Jennifer has been with LHFJ for 17 years, and manager of the repair department for 15 years. She has worked closely with many talented jewelers over the years to develop an extensive understanding of fabrication, repair, and custom design of jewelry. Jennifer spends her personal time doing ancestry research, gardening, and enjoying life in America’s Finest City.
